1. Poor salary structure 2. No matter how good you are at your work, do not expect a good hike in salary. 3. If you fail to submit your assignment on time, the senior manager may cut your travelling/lunch reimbursement. 4. Hard to get recognition in this company as your senior will take all the credit of your hard work.

1.) The work is divided among the partners, and you'll get mostly the audit of medium/small sized private companies. As the bank audits are handled by a separate partner who usually doesn't take interns under him, so exposure to that work is limited. 2.) Mr. R.K. Tondon (not a partner) is a great manipulator. At first, he'll make you work like a dog by using sweet words, and then cut your salary without giving any reason for the same. All are cooperative. Scope of learning is immense. Have faith in all of their staffs. Job Security is very good in Real Estate Sector. Internal Audit Department is very helpful. Client base is good. You can surely learn a lot in Real Estate Sector
