Before everything was good. But now this new management is not good at all. Everybody complains of the manger. Because of which all over rating becomes zero.

Management level is very poor. If someone complains for something about the Manager then the mangar falls behind indirectly very horribly that how he/she will left the company.

Not good environment and culture. But Teammates are supportive . Company policies are good. And they does not giving good salary , No bonus. Salary are very low. I have done diploma + B.tech in Plastic technology from Central institute of plastic engineering and technology Chennai but they give salary only 11000k/month

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very less. they does not giving joining letter and salary slip.
