This is a good company where you can work peacefully. There is no issues with anything in this company at all. All the company expect is you to login on time and do your job. Managers and Boss is really good and they are always helpful with everything when needed. Proper training is provided and then you are put for the production. Before joining the schedule and the timings will be discussed and only after we agree then we will get the offer letter and then we join the company. Not actual corporate company (pvt ltd.) Two floor managers are there with nothing management skill or background and they not worked at actual corporate company before. English is enough off, even 10th pass can work here. No HR Floor managers dealing a/c remote, toilet repair works, computer repair, such infrastructure issues. 3 Shift are there and for some team no team lead, Other team lead can target you. No work reward. Who are closed with proprietor is boss here. No value for hard work No punch in and punch out we should write on a book while log in and log out🤣 No particular role or position. They are changing our role weekly or as their comfort. We should beg for hike. And obviously it's not according to your hard work it's according to how you act like you are working. Actual work track not their. Ex: If I'm handling e-mails and another one just went out I should do his work. Nothing organized here. I suggest to S&S to hire someone with MBA or experienced Manager to this company. Wearing ID card is compulsory even you are at desk. Here you feel like war between one team (shift) to another they email you to your mistake to not teach how you can overcome from it but just blame you. Errors are recreation for others. Lets start from the Boss If you are good in doing drama.( Bucket ) you will get good appreciation,salary hike, position.holidays. He can throw you out at any time. Job security is minus zero. Dont think about warning letter. Floor manager's also known as floor cleaners😆 They behave like they worked at MNCs but they are not at all suitable for this role. There are 2 floor manager for single floor.😝 The one floor manager has bad attitude with zero capabilities. Everyone hates him. Show man. Use bad words while addressing mistakes. You will feel like you are in very strict school. They keep the AC remotes in their pockets while going for break.you are not allowed to touch AC remotes. TEAM LEADERS Uneducated team leaders can be seen only here. Team leaders don't know how to give training and respect for colleagues. Here TLs job is talking about others personal matters spreading rumours and targetting others. This TLs are always searching for errors from other shifts and sending emails. Especially morning and mid shift TLs and their friends are good at searching for other's mistakes , 1 st try to give training properly. please learn how to behave properly instead of doing drama. Stop targeting other's ,instead of that work Hard and get salary. I feel like TLs are taking salary for targetting other's and for other personal matters. Message to TLs and floor managers Learn to recognise the hard work done by colleagues. Stop telling fed up Give respect to married womens & Girls. Tell your boss to build one more washroom . The only place left to put CCTV 📸 is washroom. This is not at all organised company. Please put good educated TLs and floor managers. If you have any bad habits you can join this company. If company TLs and manages are not correct how come Employee's will be good@ office. Now a day's Employees also started to talk about others personal matters and spreading rumours. Night shift is like hell here Your health will be gone if you join. From 10:30 PM to morning 7:30 AM you have to work, make sure that you have double insurance before joining for this shift. Single week off Sucks. Its a BPO company Emails calls chats everything will be there for you. Rotational work. If anyone on leave the whole burden will be shifted to your head. Everyone behaves like they are so good and not at all talked about other's personal matters, but here more than work job role is targeting other's and spreading rumours .💯 If you're 10 th pass and if anyone don't have job they can only join this company and work for 1 year then please don't continue in this company. please don't waste time and life here. You can grow quickly only thing is you need to stick with the company for a longtime. You can get better salary when compared to other companies around in mangalore. Salary depends on how you negotiate - there are possibilities even for freshers to get much better salary then people who have been already working there.

No health insurance, No Cab facility, No night shift allowance, No night food given currently(Stopped due to covid) may start in future No 2 week off (6 day working) planing to be implemented soon, get it clarified. Week off Is decided by the manager and you can only request twice in a month to get your desired weekoff. You can never take leave on the weekend. No Graduity amount will be given if you work more then 5 years. Lot of Cameras inside the office. 1 washroom on the floor. Fixed night shift - no rotation No Hrms or people soft. No leave transparency. Pay slips not given monthly, you need to request when you need it. Promotion is not based on seniority it is based on choice of the proprietor. This is a proprietorship. No team outings. No fun Friday or Saturday Lot of gossips about each other Everyone just pretends to be good, but no one likes each other. One unplanned leave without informing may lead to termination.
