In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. Basically, if you have the willingness to learn you can do a lot working with IHS Markit. Career growth and compensation are highly competitive, based on your performance you can get back to back promotions. There are yearly increment cycles, that offers you increment on your base salary plus bonus.
