The leadership of the company is focused on how many chair are filled in the office , rather than being concerned about the product being delivered. You hike will be dependent on what your peers are earning, irrespective of whether or not you perfomed well in the previous year. Your appraiser doesn't have any visibility on the work that you do. You would find it difficult to get your leaves approved, even if you inform way ahead of schedule. You can forget about any promotion as it is strictly based on favouritism. Work policy: you have to come to office on 3 specific days. If you miss one you have to come to office 4 days next week , even if no one in your team is in office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
