The upper management is so poor. The managers working more than 5-6 years thinks they are irreplaceable which is true also, they don't upgrade their skills and pressurize the juniors.

Pv signal is the worst team that RxLogix owns specially PVS professional. Few members in PVS professional team thinks that they are only one knows pvs and apart from them all the team members are useless. A lots of internal politics even though few managers are involved. No self development in context of learning new technology.

Despite having positives, it has certain negatives too like work pressure, toxicity, and less number of holidays. Their expectation from freshers is high , make you work on weekends, managers are bit toxic and unfriendly, and there is some sort of poor management at lower level in some teams. In getting holidays, they offer you less number of holidays and are given in terms of hours.
