Work environment is Excellent. Supportive people and managers are very kind and supportive no partiality. New technologies to learn which are good for growth. Salary on time. Excellent facilities like Fruits, Games, daily provide coupon and cab facilities.

Great company culture hats off to Admiral Group who maintained their exceptional work culture throughout the globe in all their branches. So great so open, single floor culture where everyone is equal there is no boss... They provide Admiral shares to all their employee irrespective of their designation on top of your CTC of worth 3,000 Pounds/Year which is almost equivalent to 3 Lack Rupees/Year. Which is i guess lots of money :-) but you have to wait and stay in company for 3 Years coz you can only sell those shares who had maturity of 3 Years and after 3 Years there is lots of money you will be getting and Good thing is you will start getting dividend on these shares twice/year from the time it is allocated to you. As Admiral is a highly profitable group so will get good money in dividend as well :-) And Luckily if you get in to the project who has night shift (2:30 to 11:30) you will get 22 Thousand monthly up on your CTC. Another good thing is CAB facility. Every employee get free cab facility. Appraisals are good as i joined the company on very low package they gave me Market correction and increase my salary almost 25% every year to match the market standards

There are some shoe lickers in the company who sometimes ruins the great company culture
