I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Site environment is not good. Don't have good working culture. No training and learning session available. Food quality is so cheap. No medical facilities available at site. HO concern doesn't respond if employee suffers at site. No transport facility available. Employee doesn't feel safe here. Employee security not good. Don't organise events or celebrations. Don't resolve employee problem. Camp setup is very bad. Because of these reasons employee don't like stay here. And after than in lack of employees work became very high. If you want to ask something or have any problem related to the company or work, then it's your problem nobody will even pick up your calls.
