Site environment is not good. Don't have good working culture. No training and learning session available. Food quality is so cheap. No medical facilities available at site. HO concern doesn't respond if employee suffers at site. No transport facility available. Employee doesn't feel safe here. Employee security not good. Don't organise events or celebrations. Don't resolve employee problem. Camp setup is very bad. Because of these reasons employee don't like stay here. And after than in lack of employees work became very high. Familiar environment and colleagues as well as sportive. The parts of the company is good which are most important are timely salary, free food, and free bachelor accommodation.

Dislikes

Some parts of the company are not good, like the HR policy, which is no family allowance and no early bonus. Bad site work culture, Basically in the HSE department. No one at a senior level in HO has guided you and helped you with safety concerns on the project's site. The salary package is less as per your experience and qualifications.

I worked in the RVR Projects for 6 months. And not a single person in the HR department ever picked up my call. You got nothing from the company side but just your salary. If you want to ask something or have any problem related to the company or work, then it's your problem nobody will even pick up your calls. They even don't have the enough knowledge about how a team should be built for a specific project. They hire non-educated, non-professional people in your team.
