I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Site environment is not good. Don't have good working culture. No training and learning session available. Food quality is so cheap. No medical facilities available at site. HO concern doesn't respond if employee suffers at site. No transport facility available. Employee doesn't feel safe here. Employee security not good. Don't organise events or celebrations. I worked in the RVR Projects for 6 months. And not a single person in the HR department ever picked up my call. You got nothing from the company side but just your salary. If you want to ask something or have any problem related to the company or work, then it's your problem nobody will even pick up your calls.
