The organization works towards a very good cause of picking up abandoned people from the street and treating them in their Hospital for free. There is no billing counter in the hospital and anyone can call the helpline number and report any destitute in need of medical help. Also, the salary is quite good compared to the market.

Since it's an NGO - there are no public holidays

Cant learn anything. they have only ( 120 MAS ) portable machine for xray. basic xray "s view only will come.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
