I was a customer care executive in this company and the company deals with all big clients of the country. The deliveries to customer go very seamlessly and never had any quality concerns from our customers during my working of three years

Job security-forget about that, they practice hire and fire policy, work culture-the term doesn't exist, particularly lala type dukaan just sell, sell nothing else their cheap quality products, once you're able to meet targets puts you in pressure though by finding other fault of yours. Once you join them your life is hell. When youleave them and try yourself to get free they file a case against you in order to harass you commercially and mentally.
