Rustomjee Thane is terrible. Lots of politics there. Headmistress Chhaya is very wicked lady also Nanda teacher is very bad.. She plays games with everyone. Horrible staff to work with.

This place is understaffed and the people working there are not even qualified enough to work there. Workload is too much and payment is too less. They will exploit you and if you try to take a stand they will make you feel like you are doing something wrong. Very unprofessional and toxic working environment.

Work place is very unprofessional as they do not respect your boundaries. They work their teachers to bone and if you make a single mistake they will not be considerate. Their leave policy is terrible, they want you to submit all original documents.

Accounts head playing politics. In front of their ego problem experinced staff no matter. When i ask for increament after covid from 14000 to 20000 with 5yrs working experience with them, then they told us director not ready to give increament. But we come to know that director is nice. He is ready to pay but that account head had ego problem. That ladies ready to give salary Rs.2200 to new employee with no rcis school accounting experience.
