I have been workinf with Rupeeseed sunce the past one year and Overall it has been a great experience . It i a great place to work.the company culture is very inclusive and encourage to contribute ideas. The management is approachable,transparent and open to feedback. I recomment rupeeseed to other developers looking for supportive and inclusive work envioronment with growth opportunities.

Dislikes

There have been times when i have felt like decisions were made without enough input from the development team.

My experience with the company has been positive. The work culture is excellent, and i appreciate the support and guidance provided by my senior colleagues. As finance related organisation, we work in share market domain, and i have gained valuable knowledge about investing and wealth management through my work

Dislikes

However, i would prefer more opportunities to develop new modules from scratch, as my current focus is primarily on issue resolution

It's great company for fresher to start his/her career. As a fresher you get to learn from seniors and develop your skills. Great Team support and team work. Apart from this, other benefits and facilities are satisfactory.

A startup company dealing in Stock Exchange software. An Employee gets Exposure of the industry to the fullest if you are capable and can assimilate knowledge.

List are endless. A small company set out to prove that they can do it in limited time put pressure on employee who are fresh out of college student. you come to office at 8:30 - 9 am (as stock market starts at 9) and leave only when the senior allow you to leave(could be 9 or 10 depend on the deadline of work). salary are peanuts 10k starting for 1 year. 2 year bond.
