Partial behavior of management towards department from Ops HOD & Senior Manager. No support from manager as well. Manager's only focused on a growth only for them. If a person who is ambitious or looking for growth then Rupeeredee is not a ideal place. A small organization where only politics, boot-licking or buttering works. Executive with low performances & boot-lickers are TL now.

Poor incentive and untimely execution. No more WFH for employees but for Heads and Few unlimited available. No satisfaction of work. Obvious that power goes to bootlickers
