1) No Capacity build-up, freedom of work, decision making. 2) Very poor and sometimes disturbing Authoritarian Management. 3) Very disturbing Work Environment and Un-ethical Market Practices. 4) Extremely low work satisfaction levels at all employees. 5) Extended working hours including working days even in weekly and national holidays. 6) Central decision making with no voice of action plans and strategy implementations capacity including approving authorities of any financial or no-financial plans down the line even at Managing Director Levels. 7) No positive HR policy to support and sustain healthy work environment and job satisfactions. 8) No healthy inter-personnel relations all around the group with less dignified attitudes....Read More
