Everything If you are in any profile here then look for better opportunity. Leave this place asap as hr person can tell you anytime that your position is redundant despite having tone of work. You will do 24x7 job work but they will give you 1% increment. Shameful!!

Delayed appraisals. Call center like working culture. Too much dependency on people. No Employee monitoring system. No Appreciation. Worst experience while leaving the organization...no one bothers to respond when follow up taken for FNF. Lack of information regarding your FNF. Business with employees salary. Lot of office politics. If you need good results, first you need to support, build confidence, have patience & motivate your employees. Micro management is not going to help. Corporate work seems to be lacking & not much help from colleagues of different departments having a very self centred approach
