The management is great to work, always aspire you to achieve high goals. Work wise you have independence but company is little understaffed so work hours are extended and yes no work and personal life balance can be maintained. May be situations will improve soon

Honestly, one has to manage work life at Runwal, it also depends in which department you are working ! If it’s sales and CRM then you will have manage your work life it’s pretty hectic as the company has number of upcoming projects.

Everything If you are in any profile here then look for better opportunity. Leave this place asap as hr person can tell you anytime that your position is redundant despite having tone of work. You will do 24x7 job work but they will give you 1% increment. Shameful!!

Delayed appraisals. Call center like working culture. Too much dependency on people. No Employee monitoring system. No Appreciation. For sure, an E.Y like situation from Pune will arise over this company. HOD of many departments are extremely toxic due to the CORE management being unethical. Your voices are never respected. Unethical, toxic environment, unnecessary pressure building.

Lot of office politics. If you need good results, first you need to support, build confidence, have patience & motivate your employees. Micro management is not going to help. Corporate work seems to be lacking & not much help from colleagues of different departments having a very self centred approach
