Salary is on time.. Junior level Teammates are supportive and cool.. 15 mins grace time is provided in morning.. Attendance can be regularised..

The senior management doesn't support you.. The management doesn't promote work-life balance.. Salary growth,hikes,appraisal is terrible.. No job security at all. No facilities provided. The management doesn't solve work problems or give suggestions and instead you will be asked to solve it on your own.. If you have been laid off bythe company without a valid reason, you will be forced to resign on your own, you will be forced to serve notice period and no compensation is provided to the employee by the company.. The only positive thing I learned from.this company is how to give possession, handle customer and to lookout for yourself. The work culture is quite messed up.. No standard procedures and safety precautions have been followed..
