Nothing great except ontime salary..and some what work life balance.

Delayed appraisals. Call center like working culture. Too much dependency on people. No Employee monitoring system. No Appreciation. Worst experience while leaving the organization...no one bothers to respond when follow up taken for FNF. Lack of information regarding your FNF. Business with employees salary. For sure, an E.Y like situation from Pune will arise over this company. HOD of many departments are extremely toxic due to the CORE management being unethical. Your voices are never respected. Unethical, toxic environment, unnecessary pressure building.

Lot of office politics. If you need good results, first you need to support, build confidence, have patience & motivate your employees. Micro management is not going to help. Corporate work seems to be lacking & not much help from colleagues of different departments having a very self centred approach

1. Higher management mostly seating idle & at last moment blaming to Jr. Staff. 2. Planning department work are not productive due to sr. Management. 3. Company are not system driven. 4. Contracts department & design department are too much arugants & having lots of coordination issue.
