A very third class company and very bad culture and promoter language is too abusive. Cash reach company and increment to low. Old employees will not give new employees opportunities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. For sure, an E.Y like situation from Pune will arise over this company. HOD of many departments are extremely toxic due to the CORE management being unethical. Your voices are never respected. Unethical, toxic environment, unnecessary pressure building.
