I worked in Rungta Public School for a year and had the worst experience of my life. this school is a heaven for those people who know how to trick the authorities and somehow manage to escape from work. the principal/ ceo of the school is blinded with his ego and is more busy in doing needless things rather than doing something productive. the headmaster of the school along with the ceo love to gossip and mismanage the man power the school has. a complete wrong picture is portrayed to the management and they are a part of office politics in school. nobody in the school can be trusted except a handful of them. basically the headmaster and the ceo is ruining everything and every year a bunch of good teachers are either expelled or forcefully make them resign by harassing them mentally. there is no freedom for work and every where there is interference from the principal. the headmaster at times attacks personally and tries to victimize them by putting negative complains. the ceo and the headmaster at times can make up stories in the name of students and can issue a memo based on that. later they would capitalize on those issues and victimize you in the end. I asked the students those who supposedly complained against me, they blatantly said this is how they both expel teachers whom they don't like. Please think before you join this school as a teacher or any other worker as it wont be an easy ride. they also usurped my one month's salary....Read More

Dislikes

You cannot like anything of the school except the food and the city of Bhilai itself. Yes they provide rent free rooms and free electricity 24/7 but they will torture you mentally and can put you in an asylum. Except a few colleagues of mine most of the people are ready to backstab at any point.
