3rd Class management. No basic facilities provided inside plant premises. No work culture and environment. Only flattering employees get good appraisal & promotion. Rungta mines is the average safety for workers. Give full safety for workers like shoes, helmate, hand glove, eye protecter, mask ,jacket . The helper workers are not satisfied of him salary.
