These people will recruit you as a faculty and make you work as a marketing executive, they don't care whether to take lectures or not, just admissions should be done from your side, otherwise you will be fired from the job. And there is no provision for sudden sick leave and even on this you will be fired from the job. Even higherauthorities will treat you as if you have no identity of your own and you just obey them Even if that work is not related to your profile. Basically there is no job security.
