RDPS is undoubtedly a remarkable organisation to work with as this stands alone in terms of infrastructure, education quality, faculty development for teachers , pay scale and many such other factors are that attracts every teacher to work with . If you are a fresher then, only you should join this institution otherwise a Big NO as salary is not credited on time no other benefits the management tries to use teachers in very less salary
