Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. they hire new people and give them lot of chance to improve but due to lack of knowledge they do lot of mistakes in project and leave the company when their project come to shop floor as every things get open about the skill set of design. then design Engineer mostly resign without doing ECN and then start blaming the organization. still organization give them chance to improve but they didn't which is really bad for any individual person. and may time such persons gives very wrong feedback after leaving company rather to improve on his own skill. i will advice to management to don't give chance to such a fool peoples to improve.... they are just increasing everybody's work....Read More
