I like job security aspect and experiences I am able to learn through my time in here

Here salary structure is offensively poor and management is more so.. nobody cares about employees, they get humiliated in front of patients.. leaves are never sanctioned. 8.5h duty extends upto 10-12 h on a daily basis.. no appraisals exists.. after serving.. you will have to beg HR for pay slips and pay slips for more than 3 months, you'll have to write a letter to chief General manager, requesting about them. For leaves more than 3 days, you will have to apply approx 6months ago. Then even you don't know whether it is going to be sanctioned or not. You only face humiliation if you work here.. in front of patients.. in front of room full of management staffs....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
