very supportive , WFH offered at the right time . HR is supportive and taking all the care that is necessary.

work pressure and contract accountability of billing is way of life .not necessarily a problem all through the year and not for all employees. but some may experience for some time of the year. unlike big firm disagreement or altercation with manager can be neutralised by changing projects or people manager which is not an option in small firms in general fortunately current rubiconred leadership team are well professional so i personally experience no problem so far .may not be the same for every employees....Read More

This is not a startup in character or culture . mostly a regular services company like tcs , ibm(almost serves the same clientele) but in the size of startup, so less redtape in HR and pointless protocols .

suitable for freshers and interns. some engineers have inspired me with their technical competence and a leader should showcased good inspring leadership ,unfortunately few professionals , majority middlemanagers are demeaning and antagonising.

weak leadership , poor culture , demeaning and antagonising middle manager , HR as a practice does not exist , no creative freedom . , stooging is expected . they have not paid me in full for my notice period , unprofessional practices . consider this company is you are a fresher to learn and develop but if you are experiened and looking for a professional enviroment and culture , its a favor to yourself to avoid rubiconred Pvt ltd's poor quality , at time toxic middle managers....Read More
