Work timings are good there.

Dislikes

People are rude here. Everyone is abusing here and there is no growth here in learning nor in salary. The company keeps on hiring people because everyone leaves the company often.

Work Details

Work life is ok. The only good thing here is that you can leave the office on time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
