The company is gives full rights to engineers.he behaviour like friendly open to talk engineers.more ideas discussed about work.

Dislikes

Compensation is low and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. In sufficient staff. Some times, I have to work 14 to 18 hours and he doesn't pay overtime (O.T).I have to attend client calls in the anytime and some times late into the night. Managers value an individuals unique strength, i have to give suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mildyear appraisals. Also, he gives on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Which is a pain some timesort....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
