company is losing its charm and brand value in market, sales is declining month after month and nobody wants to take corrective action. quality of product is declining. if anybody wants to join company he should take 2 to 3 lac personal loans because there are so many issues regarding claims and commitment in the market. undercutting is very big issue and company knows this but dont want to resolve. they come up with vague and unpractical ideas every month to boost sales and hygine but it backfires every month.no work life balance. company works on advance and everybody from upper level just wants payments at any cost. kindly research before joining....Read More
