Leaders and operation account managers in ECC team Chennai behaves very badly. shouts on the floor very locally using abusive words in local language and they dont follow floor discipline also. very bad culture and the way they treat employees is also bad. no work life balance. lots of politics. 1) Job security (even pandemic period they helped lot). 2) Work culture good somewhat good. 3) There is good L & D programs, but some lack of interactive. 4) Cafeteria is good for new-comers. Juices & san-veggies. 5) Two way cab is good those who come for night shift. 6) Chance to have various team-mates those who joins with our batch.

1) Work culture good only for management peoples. 2) Too much politics among team seniors vs new-joiners, since most seniors have 10-14 years of experience in same team with lack of skillsets. If you ask question, you will be targeted (I was intentionally forced to come office until I get covid). Your work doesn't matter much. Least growth and least hike. Always say yes and ok to your manager or other higher official for 3-4 years to get promotion. Level and commitment of employee is very low.
