The initial onboarding process and learning curve were somewhat challenging, as there are multiple processes and systems to understand. However with the time and support , I became more comfortable navigating the workflow.

I have been working with ROYS FINANCE for the more than 8 years. The best thing about working in this company is that even in marketing job role, there is no target pressure. Only focus on following the company's system and process. Even, they teach you your work step by step. Salary is always on time. I am very happy with the salary increment I got year on year. No business target pressure here. They told during interview but it was hard to believe. And its I have seen no pressure or any targets at all. But You need to follow the company processes always.
