Regenta Central management operating by Royal Orchid Hotels Group, It is very big brand hotel group. Very good career growth, salary and appraisals ect. Good training programmes for employees. Corporate office do not know to run hotels, they only target JLO hotel, which is only around 18 out of 114 hotels. Rest managed hotels, they are least bothered and share huge budgets to survive and but lastly gm and sales people get in to target of owner body.
