Good work environment and culture. Management is good. They give good opportunity for freshers to learn. Before covid the work pressure was less, but after covid pandemic started the work pressure was horrible because of lack of employees. Very good place to have a memories because they such a beautiful party halls. Company policies are good, they give good salary for freshers.

There is a lot of politics between the managers, the management doesn't adress the mistakes properly. This place is not good for on the job training. Praising the employee whom they like and cornering other employees. They don't fix the proper roaster for the next day, they keep changing it too often. StafFood is not good which is provided in the cafeteria.

Even worked with so much of honesty and loyalty management have asked to put resignation even working for more then 2 years. Due to politics and harrasment of new GM of the hotel. And i have complained to the management but they took side of GM.
