Hotel and staff was very helpfull.I spent my 4 years in this property I feeling like my second home. And I worked like my own property taking care of all staff all guests like my people's. And hotel also taking care of me HR and hotel manager were too good they understand what need staff actually I like to join again in same group of hotel. Thank you royal orchid hotels group

Not anything to dislike but as per duty and work load need hike some salary packages

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
