Work pressure is high with less salary, the distance between my house and the job over 200 km.and I have to travel this distance daily , some times the centerlize of making dicisions from the supervisor is making opisticals for the employees and deviate the smooth flowing of work.

General speaking my work as instructor and trainer is challenging and I have to approve myself in the company ,and that's happened where I created many methods that improved and developed tha aim in company and I established workshop for practical lecture
