Your work place is not fixed and the distance between two places is around 40km. No work life balance. And if your manger is not chill then all the best.

worst peoples at Vehicle assembly department you can't gain skill and grow your career at Royal Enfield. Don't waste your time by dealing with fool manager and slave DMs. You have to ask work activity daily with your superior since there is no proper work plan. Very unplanned handling by superiors
