Work Environment excellent... but some time there is stress. Royal Caribbean take care of the employees from start and end of the journey. Person have to be very loyal to company and give best wht everyone has learnt in life. I am just security staff I love my job and duty I give my best to company what I learnt from my parents. Help others in their difficult time. Right now I m traveling into financial difficult, my USA visa expired waiting when Consulates will open and join back to work to keep my family. I pray to lord jesus to clean this sickness covd19 and bring back life to normal Praise the lord........Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
