Overall as a fresher it is good company to start.There is a good co-ordination and communication between all departments and employees.Only problem is too much work load and job security.Also work load is not uniform throughout the year.Sometimes During first quarter you don't have much work and during last quarter you have to work too much extra hour to accomplish yearly goal.For fresher there is no problem for job security but if you are recruited as an experienced employee and have assign some specific responsibilities then failing or making mistakes in those responsibilities will lose your job sometimes within one day....Read More

Dislikes

Office timing 8.00AM to 5.30PM.But company located outside of Pune city so morning you need to get in bus at 7.00 AM and during evening due to traffic, it will take more time to reach your home.Also due to outside remote location and early office timing if you are bachelor then for food you have to take canteen food,which is not so good.

Work Details

As a fresher it was always exciting for me to work over there.If you prove yourself with assign work then even if as a fresher you will get good project.But with your expertise in work ,work load continue to increase but salary is not.
