Its a fantastic company and has a fantastic career growth policies compensations and benefits, but in some properties the managing authorities are not very responsive to the colleagues development and benefits. I loved and enjoyed working here during my tenure. A suggestion i would like to give is kindly transfer the colleagues todifferent properties as spending 10-15 years in a same property is a comfort zone which Effects the work culture for the new colleagues. I worked with 4 properties of Rotana i found that most of them has very good work culture but the properties with old and long staying HODs and managers affect the work culture.
