Worst company to work with, he'll loreal of micro. Management. Very poor sales team environment. IT IS HUB OF POLITICS Priyanka is worst mentor on can get , zero training given to the new employees. Only freshers who want to risk their career can work under them as they can get molded as per priyanka. No experience professional can work in such toxic culture. They have fixed employees like priyanka ashima, prathishta, yashika who who are give all the leads generated by any new employee. They don't have any data base they hire and fire employees just to create database. Surprisingly they are manufacturing company and they don't have any tool to work on. Machine operator and lower grade worker are good in behavior. worker and lower staff are very punctual for job.

Dislikes

This company has no expert team because all expert teams has left the company due to company bad behavior. The customer satisfaction level and old employees satisfaction level are zero. Top and middle management are working as non professional and not good. They do politics against new comer and exploit to new person. Top management never listen the voice of new employees and they don't have believe or faith system for new comer employee. The company VP behavior is very arrogant and dictatorship personality.She never listen to other person only leg pulling is only her work. The no. of employees those who leave the job is quite high, around 78 no's of employees have quit the job in one year due to higher management experiment and their bad behaviour. This company also cut the employee monthly salary for any minor production mistake. So,this is my advice to new employees those going to join or for interview ---- Don't take chance to join such type of bad lala type company, before joining discuss with ex employees....Read More
