People from MNC and other good Indian companies stay away from this company. There is no professionalism, LALA culture prevails. Lala decides who stays and who is to be fired. If you can’t lic they you don’t stand a chance. In last 3 years 3 HR heads, 1 CEO and many senior level employees has been fired because they don’t agree to LALA. Only old people and many without spine are going strong. Micro management, toxic culture and gossip machines will decide your tenure. No room for professionals only people those can do yes sir will survive. No direction, no vision. Ultimately you will question yourself what value addition you are doing as every day new strategy and every day fire fighting. Experienced people better to stay away. According to the owners except them all employees are thieves Everyone is here to loot them, typical LALA. Their sons and daughters who has 0 experience are the bosses and they dictate to the experienced professionals.
