Romsons Group is the best place so far in my carrier. In this covid 19 people are loosing jobs getting salary deduction however Romsons has given the incentive to each of his employees apart from full salary for 3 months. My job as an administration executive Offers me daily new learnings and challenges which i always wished to get a job like that. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles also looking forward for new assignment

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
