Likes : 1) You will find excellent opportunities to learn and aquire new skills. 2) Pat scales are good, specially in comparison to other companies with same size it is excellent. 3) Hikes are again not bad, sometime you will get a revision twice a year. 4) leaves and other benifits - I would not say great but yes it is as per industry standards. 5) work time flexibility - offcourse yes, that's the best part I like. 6) Management is very supportive. 7) Work Culture is nice. 8) Joining Bonus - Yes...Read More

Honestly I dnt have any thing in particular to mentioned here, but if I have to mention atleast one then I would say the work pressure. Sometimes you will feel the heat but again at the same time this will help you to increase your efficiency.
