I am associated with Rodic from the past one & a half year, one thing I like most in this company is that your work is being appreciated if you work with dedication, it is not like you are a fresher in this company and you will not get appreciated.

Dislikes

My personal openion is that including site offices work days must be restricted from Monday to Friday, however currently the working days are from Monday to Saturday 😕.

Good.They supported well during Covid-19 lockdown.They always providing awareness tips through mail.As per guide line site office implementing this.

Overall good.But little improvement required in HR department (HO and Site HR).

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
