The school is perfect in giving salaries to the staff on time. But we should expect benifits, increments after a year or two. We have to work hard and put on all our efforts but ever expect appreciation. There are many conditions which will effect your personal life, which will affect mental health. No recognistion for the ideas or inputs that you have given.

* Students and parents are good. * School provide three shared accomodation. * Infrastructure * Management never interfere in teachers work directly and During Covid time we got full salary. * Knowledgeable School founder.

Dislikes

Following statements are 100% true. * No formal NCERT / CBSE workshops, most workshops are not up to standard. * New ideas are never tried or welcomed, and they are not communicated to management , * Politics and backstabbing happen often and management doesn't address our issues. Forget your self-esteem and genuine interest in teaching. * If you know how to appreciate School Head (Principal) outfit and her gossips then you can work under her. * Many good teachers ( 8 Lady Teachers ) have resigned so far as they were mentally tortured and character assassination everyday by School Head and her group. * Salaries doesn't even get upgraded last 2 years . * Daily atleast one teacher will take leave so you will get substitution. We won't get time to correct students note/copy writing books. *School Head should get proper training how to work in her position otherwise academic will get disturb. * HR policies is just only in paper it's not applicable in our work environment and professionally and few policies will get change for School Head favourities . * Work life is good but School Head making it hell. She don't have professional attitude * If you love internal politics you may work here . * My experience was such that I've decided I will never work more in this school. * The school will never issue a certificate of experience even if you resign correctly following HR policies. * The school issued only a relieving letter. That letter is also not upto the level. Mentioning only when I resigned and was relieved, did not even properly include my experience and my position. # The experience of the last day was so unexpected . The headmaster of the school was not ready to listen and respond to our concerns. # She ( School Head) turned off all the fans and lights while the resigned teachers were seated and only then I realized that the School Head does not know how to respect a human being, and I feel my experience and sincerity wasted ....Read More

Work Details

No generator support in the school if it's online class, we can't to take properly with school system it will off in 10 minutes. We need to take our mobile phone support to conduct online classes.
