Agar 1 mints bhi late hai tu half day lag jata hai . Promotion only given by face value. Food is not good , kutho ko bhi na dai Aisa hai. No skill man power , as engineer all work you have to handle from helper to manager. Agar job na hai tu hi aana chahiye is company me nhi tu mat aao. Koi time bhi fixed nhi hai kab bhi call kar company aajo, Jane ka time nhi hai.

Very bad work life balance,i work in Tirupati plant,2w GDC as an Engineer but there is no value of engineer (shft incharge) they are forced to work extra hour and engineer have less value then casual employees (shop floor partner)

1.Worst Food (Nice Food for HR & worst for shop floor engineer) 2.Road to company is dangerous, still no transportation provided even after many accidents of employees. 3.No proper chair in Office, AC not working & fan placed away from seat. 4.Worst quality snacks, tea is of worst quality imagined for shop floor only HR gets good quality snacks. 5.Even regularly for stationary items u have to take signature of Plant Head like marker, logbook, etc. 6.Only one printer is given to whole operations team & that's not working for most of the times. 7. No filling of vacancies, pressurise present employees staying with organization to get all done. People from good organisation don't leave your job for some hike in this hero group company, surely u will regret....Read More
