Poor/bad work culture,HR available only for joining, attendance as per my view HR should be on contract roll.zero HR policy. If you are jobless then only join Rockman Vadodara. I'm laughing Hero group of company 😂😂😂

Rockman is a reputed company in Die Casting industry.

Dislikes

Rockman core values are not followed in Rockman Vadodara plant. People are so frustrated that they leaving the company without job in hand. Very poor planning by the Vadodara plant head. Dont know how run a company Or to motive people. Even many times Plant head manhandled employees directly. No respect for individuals in the plant.
