The culture of the company got entirely changed when it became Roche Diabetes care from Roche Diagnostics. It hired FMCG professionals from different FMCG companies and later forced them to meet Doctors and work as a Medical rep which is entirely different career path for a FMCG candidate. But the company doesn't bother. The companyalways compare national Average PCPM with such small territories, and creates pressure on them on regular basis which is completely unjustified. Politics and the people around here. Work pressure will be based on locality and managers here will not even think about the pressure that we undergo, they just want the people to work and I personally faced many problems with lack of support with my manager and with his manager's behaviour.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
