Roca is a Global Leader Spanish MNC company, but work culture still Indian like Murugappa (Parryware), because they have taken over from them. Dynamic leadership and management. Fastest growing sanitary ware Super Brand in India as well.

Dislikes

Renumeration in the past (current OK) and retention of retired people's. So less opportunity for younger talents.

Dirtiest politics at senior mancom / top level. No job security. Employees joined after leaving good previous companies as well as employees worked for 10-25 years in Roca India are being fired due to the reason that they are not yes man to mancom team or instead of working for their supervisors they thought/worked for the benefits of organization.
