It’s a bad company with poor culture. Indian offc is completely like some family business where management do whatever they want without being concerned about employees.

Dislikes

No respect for people below top level management. Always humiliate people before sharing incentives. Bas language is used in offc. False promises to employees for getting the work done. Women’s security is always compromised, no actions are taken on any complaints registered.

The employees are good and supportive.

The management is highly irresponsive to employees and their concerns. They will only and only grill you for sales , you have to give sales numbers everyday. 70% ( SEVENTY PERCENT ) of your time will only and only be reporting, balance 30% will be available for sales and followups. Highly unclutured company, with no business ethics specially the Sales head and marketing head. They have 0 ( ZERO) knowledge of selling the premium product. Company positions themselves as premium product and treats as if you are selling roadside vendor products. No worklife balance is there. You will have to report and attend meetings even if you have applied for a leave well in advance. Fake commitments by Hr as compared to actual scenario. It is operated by people who have no vision and are only concerned in impressing their MD ( who eventually again is of same clan). No training given to new joiners and you are told to bring sales from 2nd day of your joining. No laptop for actual sales person ( only for Area managers and above) Their applications of attendance and others, work specifically on Android, hence you have to buy a new phone if you have an IOS. Rs4/km for front line and Rs 9/km for area managers and above and expect all to be travelling by car. Good environment and independent profile for each functions as well as team work where ever required. Roca is a Global Leader Spanish MNC company, but work culture still Indian like Murugappa (Parryware), because they have taken over from them. Dynamic leadership and management. Fastest growing sanitary ware Super Brand in India as well.

Renumeration in the past (current OK) and retention of retired people's. So less opportunity for younger talents.
